A Hat for the Birthday Boy

This hat is for a soon-to-be four year old, who insisted that he needed a new hat for his birthday.  Since mom loves light blue with red, we went for something simple in her favorite color scheme.  Again, this one will fit in to a lot of boy’s party themes, so it will be ready, should he insist he needs one again next year.
