This is another great find from Dharma, it's the short sleeved ruffle dress. This size 4 makes a perfect swing top with a pair of leggings for a slightly smaller than average 4 year old-- it runs pretty small. In the summer it will work great with some little ruffle edged bike shorts, available at Dharma, too. I just loved combining the two appliques with some ric rac to get the flower in a flower pot effect!
